Massage, Pilates & recovery gear

Not every visit needs to be about an injury. Between PT sessions — or instead of one — patients use us for massage, Pilates and the recovery gear we sell in the clinic.

A treatment room with an adjustable treatment table, a spine model and an electrical stimulation unit

Massage

We have a licensed massage therapist on site.

A Pilates reformer in the clinic’s training room, with exercise bikes and windows behind it

Pilates

Pilates is a low-impact way to build core strength, control and body awareness — something many patients add alongside, or after, a course of physical therapy.

Recovery gear

We carry Tiger Tail massage sticks and rollers in the clinic. We also carry Hyperice recovery wraps — Venom 2 heat and vibration, and Hyperice X hot/cold therapy — plus Normatec compression. Gear like this is meant for the day-to-day maintenance between visits — the kind of thing you’d use on your own at home.

All of it is available for purchase in the clinic — ask us which one’s right for what you’re dealing with before you buy.

These are cash-pay services, separate from insurance-billed physical therapy. Ask us about current rates when you call.
